Registration for seminars and events
When you register for an Insight UK seminar or event, you enter into a contract with Insight UK on the terms set out in these terms and conditions and in the Legal Waiver, which forms part of the registration process.
By completing registration, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
All seminar registrations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule seminars. In the event of cancellation by Insight UK, we will offer a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.
Pricing and payment
All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of registration unless a deposit option is available.
We accept payment by the methods listed on the registration page. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.
Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is set out in full in the Legal Waiver. By registering for a seminar, you agree to those terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Insight UK or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
The Insight UK name, logo, and programme materials are the property of Insight Seminars, Inc. and are used by Insight UK under licence.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Insight UK excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your participation in an Insight seminar, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
