Our History

Insight Seminars were created in 1978, to give people accessible tools for living a successful life.

Since then, Insight has reached people across many countries and touched the lives of more than a million people around the world.

In the UK, we are proud to bring this work forward again, offering the full Insight pathway, held and delivered in the UK for a UK audience.

Their role is to hold the structure of the seminar, maintain the integrity of the process, and ensure the environment remains clear, stable, and well-contained.

This consistency is a key part of the work, regardless of location, facilitators operate within the same framework, allowing participants to engage directly with the process, rather than with individual teaching styles or personalities.
