Insight I and Insight II
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The deposit amount is confirmed at the time of booking.
A full refund of tuition, less the deposit, is available for written cancellations received at least 14 days before the seminar start date. Refunds are processed within 30 days of Insight UK's receipt of your written request.
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the seminar start date are non-refundable. A single transfer to another Insight UK seminar within 12 months of the original date is available, subject to availability and payment of a new non-refundable deposit. Tuition may not be transferred to another participant.
Tuition is forfeited in full if cancellation occurs after the seminar has begun.
Insight III

A full refund of tuition, less the deposit, is available for written cancellations received at least 21 days before the seminar start date. Refunds are processed within 30 days of Insight UK's receipt of your written cancellation.
Cancellations made fewer than 21 days before the seminar start date are non-refundable. A single transfer to another Insight UK seminar within 12 months of the original date is available, subject to availability and payment of a new non-refundable deposit. Tuition is non-transferable to another participant.
Tuition is forfeited in full if cancellation occurs after the seminar has begun.
Single events and workshops
Refund and cancellation terms for individual events and workshops are confirmed on the relevant event page at the time of booking. Where no specific policy is stated, the Insight I terms above apply.
Cancellations by Insight UK
In the event that Insight UK cancels or significantly reschedules a seminar, all registered participants will be offered a full refund of tuition paid, including the deposit, or a transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost.
How to request a cancellation or transfer
All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@insightseminarsuk.com. Please include your name, the seminar you are registered for, and your registration date. We will confirm receipt and process your request within the timeframes above.
